Terms of Service

Terms and Conditions

Pick-up and delivery by the Carrier will be from your door unless residential area restrictions apply. If your vehicle is inoperable or oversized (dual or oversized wheels, extra-large, racks, lifted, limo, etc.), extra charges may be applied. If the carrier is not advised of inoperable or oversized vehicles prior to pick-up, all extra charges must be paid in cash or money order at customer discretion, made payable to delivery Broker. A key must be available for all inoperable vehicles.
The Carrier and driver jointly and separately are authorized to operate and transport his/her or their motor vehicle between its pick-up location and the destination set forth on this shipping order-bill of lading.
Shipper shall remove all non-permanent outside mounted luggage and other racks prior to shipment. Vehicles must be tendered to carrier in good running condition (unless otherwise noted) with no more than a half tank of fuel (we prefer tank).
Luggage and personal property must be confined to the trunk, with no heavy articles, and not to exceed 100lbs. Carrier is not liable for personal items left in the vehicle, or for damage caused to the vehicle from excessive or improper loading of personal items. American Made Mover Auto Transport does not agree to pay for your rental of a vehicle, nor shall it be liable for failure of mechanical or operating parts of your vehicle.
Vehicle damage claims, although rare, are the responsibility of the assigned carrier who is required by law to carry a minimum insurance liability policy of $125,000 per vehicle. All claims must be noted and signed for at the time of delivery and submitted in writing to the assigned carrier within the terms of that carrier’s bill of lading.
For international orders, the car must be empty except for factory-installed equipment. Indicate serial # and give the car’s approximate value in US dollars. Shipper is responsible for the proper customs paperwork. (Ask the assigned carrier for help with these documents)
This agreement and any shipment hereunder are subject to all terms and conditions of the Carrier's tariff and the uniform straight bill of lading, copies of which are available at the office of the carrier.
This supersedes all prior written or oral representation of American Made Mover Auto Transport and constitutes the entire agreement between the shipper and American Made Mover Auto Transport. This agreement may not be changed except in writing and signed by an officer of American Made Mover Auto Transport. American Made Mover Auto Transport is owned and operated by The United States Department Of Transportation USDOT 3213973; MC-1004315.
American Made Mover Auto Transport agrees to facilitate a carrier to transport your vehicle as promptly as possible and in accordance with the information you have provided regarding your vehicle, origin, and destination. Due to situations beyond our control such as but not limited to inclement weather, mechanical breakdown, road construction, remote pickup or drop-off locations, difficult or limited lanes of travel, etc., we cannot guarantee pick-up or delivery on a specified date and time. American Made Mover Auto Transport does not guarantee the final price from the Carrier (C.O.D.). We are licensed transport brokers. The fee amount collected in order to process your transport is considered our fee to facilitate locating you a fully licensed and insured Auto Carrier. This fee is Non-Refundable with no exceptions once your credit card is processed and your order is placed on our carrier load board/s (Central Dispatch, etc.). Should this agreement be canceled by you at any time before, during, or after transport, all services on behalf of American Made Mover Auto Transport will be considered Services Rendered. For all orders canceled prior to a carrier being dispatched for transport, American Made Mover Auto Transport will apply the non-refundable fee collected to any future transport for the period of 12 months from the date of your original order.
I am the customer named in this agreement and hereby authorize American Made Mover Auto Transport to charge the fee listed in this agreement to utilize their Central Dispatch system to locate a driver to transport my vehicle. I also understand that once my order is placed, the fee is non-refundable with no exceptions. For all orders canceled prior to a carrier being dispatched for transport, American Made Mover Auto Transport will apply the non-refundable fee collected to any future transport for the period of 12 months from the date of your original order. I have read and agree to all the terms and conditions as outlined by American Made Mover Auto Transport.
